Why Therapy?
Therapy provides a client the unique opportunity to learn something new about who they are and how they walk through the world. Working collaboratively with a trained professional provides the opportunity to see things from a different perspective and to try new approaches or get new perspectives on old problems.
Gaining deeper knowledge, compassion and respect for who you are at your core can improve your relationships, increase your self-esteem and assist you in making better choices.
I have successfully worked with many people who initially felt that therapy was shameful or that it couldn't possibly be helpful for them. Ultimately, they came to find that the opposite is true; only the truly courageous are able to open themselves up to exploration and ask for help when it is needed.
I invite you to reach out and experience the transformation that can occur when two people work together to build relationships, break out of old patterns and achieve life goals.
